Wheeler Tosses 3-Hit Gem; Athens Blanks Selinsgrove, 2-0

ATHENS - Junior Kam Wheeler tossed a 3-hitter to lead Athens to a 2-0 win over Selinsgrove here Friday afternoon in non-league baseball action.
The Wildcats took the lead early with a run in the bottom of the second.
Wheeler worked a walk to lead off the frame, and courtesy-runner junior Ty Owen scored moments later when junior Connor Davidson slammed a 3-1 pitch into the gap for an RBI double.
