McRoberts Breaks Discus Record Against Towanda, North Penn

Alexis McRoberts broke her own school record in the discus during NTL tri-meet action.

McRoberts threw 132-feet, 6-inches as the Lady Warriors (31) were third behind NPM (104) and Towanda (41).

The Canton boys were third (40) behind NPM (82) and Towanda (53).

For the girls Canton went 1-2 with Daveian Crowley (13.0) and Haley Larsen (13.82). Crowley (28.06) and Larsen (30.06) also went 1-2 in the 200.

Stella Rockwell (13-feet, 9-inches) won the long jump, and took second in the triple jump (30-feet).

Kendall Petrowski (75-feet, 10-inches) was third in the discus.

McRoberts (37-feet, 5-inches) won the shot put.

For the boys Chase Petrowski (25.22) and John Whitehead (25.80) went 2-3 in the 200, while Manuel Halbfoerster (2:34.87) was third in the 800. Sawyer Vroman (14:41.71) was second in the 3200.

Whitehead (18.14) won the 110 hurdles while their 4x800 won in 9:27.31.

Wyatt Hilton (120-feet, 3-inches) was second in the discus and the shot put in 41-feet, 11-inches.
