Troy got a bevy of performances from several different athletes as they won the boys' team title at the Lasagna Invitational Friday.

The Trojans finished with 71 points, edging out Abington Heights (57.5).

"It was a fun meet, but a wet meet," said Troy coach Matt Geer. "Despite the weather I think the guys really came together tonight."

The weather through some curveballs into things. There was no boys' pole vault, and both triple jumps had cancelled, too.

The final flight of javelin also didn’t get recorded due to the rain.

"We did benefit from the javelin, so I'm not sure how it would have played out, but with pole vault and triple jump also getting cancelled, it was going to be different anyway," said Geer.

Ben Warburton won the long jump (22-feet) and took second in the 100 (11.20), with Avery Sens winning the shot put (49-feet, 7-inches), and taking third in the discus (138-feet, 2-inches).

Rylan Breidt got a win in the javelin at 125-feet, 5-inches, while taking eighth in the 110 hurdles (17.16) and the 300 hurdles (45.21). Joseph Frye took fourth in the long jump (19-feet, 8-inches), and sixth in the 200 (24.40).

Kendrick Ross was third in the high jump (6-feet, 4-inches), as Evan Geer was fourth in the 800 in 2:05.73.

Timothy Hornung was third in the javelin at 121-feet, 1-inch, with Cameron Morey fourth in the high jump at 6-feet, 2-inches, and eighth in the long jump at 18-feet, 10 3/4-inches.

Mason Wulff took seventh in the 400 at 54.27.

RJ Bellinger was second in the freshman 1600 in 6:11.21, with Jasper Miller third in the freshman 100 in 11.99. Norton was eight in the freshman 100 in 12.51.

The 4x100 of Miller, Frye, Charles Oldroyd, and Warburton took fourth in 45.83, with their 4x800 of Wulff, Hart Houseknecht, Norton, and Geer taking sixth in 8:41.90.

The 4x400 of Houseknecht, Geer, Miller, and Wulff took sixth in 3:46.21.
