Halbfoerster, Kosek Named NTL Runners of the Year

Canton's Lawrence Halbfoerster and Wellsboro's Lauren Kosek were recently named NTL Runners of the Year.
Halbfoerster posted his best time of the season, 16:33, at the NTL Coaches Invite at Northeast Bradford back on October 11, where he finished 2nd overall. He has four 1st place finishes, a 5th place finish at the NEPA Invite (16:41) and 7th place finish at the PIAA Foundation Invite (17:11).
Kosek placed 1st at the NTL Coaches Invite (18:24) and has nine 1st place finishes on the year including the Cliff Robbins Invite (18:58), Dash In the Dark (17:33), along with an 11th place finish at McQuaid (17:20) and a 12th place finish at the Paul Short Invite (18:06).
