Cuneo, Rothermel Compete In District IV Singles Tournament

Senior Lucas Cuneo and junior Luke Rothermel took part in Wednesday's District IV Boys Tennis singles tournament at Williamsport High School.
Both won their first round matches as Cuneo defeated Bloomsburg's Marc-Alexi Dobbins 6-1, 6-3 and Rothermel advanced past Galeton's Corbin Basile 6-4, 6-2 to advance to the second round.
Cuneo dropped his second round match 6-1, 6-0 to top-seeded Ryder Fink of Jersey Shore while Rothermel fell to #3 Central Columbia's David Toscano 6-1, 6-2.
