Holden Ward had a big day as Canton rolled past Sayre, 12-4, during NTL baseball action.
The Warriors used a 7-run fourth inning to break the game open.
Ward (3-for-3) had two triples with three runs scored, and an RBI. He also got the win, going 3 1/3-innings with nine strikeouts, four hits, three walks, and three runs, one of which was earned.
Ben Fitch (2-for-3) had two run scored with an RBI as Zach Colton (2-for-4) also had an RBI with a run scored. Colton went the final 1 2/3-innings of relief, striking out two with one unearned run.
Michael Beers (2-for-4) drove in two runs while Bailey Garner (1-for-4) getting 3-RBI with a run scored. Hudson Ward drew three walks that led to three runs scored, as Mason Harold (1-for-4) had 2-RBI. Reed Taylor (1-for-2) chipped in with a run scored.
