Warriors Knock Off Black Knights In 6 Innings

Canton defeated Towanda, 11-1, in six innings during NTL baseball action.
Hudson Ward got the start and win, going 2 1/3-innings with two strikeouts, five walks, and one hit. Zach Colton tossed 2 2/3-innings with three strikeouts, one walk, and one earned run.
Holden Ward came on for the final inning, striking out all three batters he faced.
Holden Ward also had the big day at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a double, 2-RBI, and two runs scored, while Bailey Gardner (2-for-4) scored a run, and drove one in.
Ben Fitch (1-for-3) had a double with an RBI, while Cohen Landis (2-for-3) had a double with two runs scored, and 2-RBI.
Hudson Ward (1-for-4) scored twice and drove in a run, with Colton (1-for-2) driving in two runs. Jason Mahosky (1-for-3) and Mason Harold both scored, as well.
