Warriors Claim Galeton Basketball Tournament Title For 2nd Straight Year

Canton went 2-0 to take the Galeton Boys' Basketball Tournament title for the second year in a row.
They defeated Austin 38-33 in the title game as Ben Fitch had 13 points. Talin Williams scored eight, Monte Whitehead netted six, with Rylan Wesneski adding four. Simon While, Gunnar Resavage, and Quincy Wesneski had two points each.
In the opener they defeated Galeton 33-27.
Galeton led 26-24 going into the fourth but the Warriors held them to just one point in the final frame to get the win.
Ben Fitch had 13 points to lead Canton, including a 4-for-6 performance from the charity stripe, while Simon Wile netted eight.
Andrew Smith, Monte Whitehead, and Talin Williams all chipped in with four points each.
