Troy Boys Sweep, Girls Split, NTL Tri-Meet

Troy boys earned an NTL track and field tri-meet sweep with the girls taking a split.

Troy boys scored 90 points followed by Williamson (53) and Sayre (28). Williamson won the girls with 102 points followed by Troy (70) and Sayre (8).

For the boys, Troy's 4x800 won in 10:34, while in the 110 hurdles Rylan Breidt (19.7) won as Emmit Cole (21.9) was third.

Troy went 1-2 in the 1600 with Brody Campbell (5:19) and Hart Houseknecht (5:21). Evan Geer (58.8) was third in the 400.

Jacob Hinman (44.2) won the 300 hurdles with Breidt (54.5) third. The Trojans also went 1-2 in the 800 with Mason Wulff (2:18) and Geer (2:24.4).

Ben Warburton (23.6) won the 200 as their 4x400 relay won in 3:58.9.

Troy swept the shot put with Avery Sens (50-feet), Ty Spencer (41-feet, 10 1/4-inches), and Kael Millard (39-feet, 6-inches). Sens (107-feet, 6-inches) and Millard (104-feet, 10-inches) went 2-3 in the discus.

Colin Loveland (38-feet) and Hinman (37-feet, 9 1/2-inches) went 1-2 in the triple jump, while Warburton (20-feet, 5-inches) and Loveland (19-feet, 8-inches) went 1-2 in the long jump.

Cameron Morey won the high jump at 5-feet, 4-inches, with Houseknecht (10-feet) third in the pole vault.

On the girls’ side Kylee Roy (17.6) was second in the 100 hurdles as Ellie Spalding (14.1) was second in the 100 dash.

Katie Lackey (6:04) won the 1600 with Troy’s 4x100 relay winning in 56.7. Roy (52.1) and Alyssa Parks (53.4) went 1-2 in the 300 hurdles, as Lackey (2:47.3) was third in the 800.

Spalding (30.8) was second in the 200 with Troy’s 4x400 winning in 4:57.9.

Madelyn Seeley (92-feet, 8-inches) won the javelin with Ella Lawton (75-feet, 10-inches) and Emma Mickley (75-feet, 9-inches) second and third in the discus.

Maddy Keeney (27-feet, 11-inches) was third in the triple jump and second in the long jump at 13-feet, 7 1/2-inches.

Troy swept the pole vault with Parks (9-feet), Katie Graham (7-feet) and Natalie Williams (7-feet). Parks (4-feet, 8-inches) and Seeley (4-feet, 6-inches) went 1-2 in the high jump.
