Lady Warriors Fall 3-1 To Wellsboro In Opener

Canton volleyball fell to Wellsboro, 3-1, in their season opener.
They lost the first set 25-23, won the second 25-23, then dropped the next two 25-20 and 25-14.
Addilyn Pepper had 12 points, three kills, four aces, 18 assists, and eight digs for the Warriors, as Cailyn VanNoy added six points, eight kills, and nine digs.
Kendall Kitchen had 14 points, two assists, and 33 digs, with Makenna Seachrist getting 12 points, three kills, two aces, and two digs.
Tara Gilbert finished with 15 points, six kills, six aces, one assist, and 12 digs, with Danah Wesneski adding three points, a kill, and three digs.
