Warriors Hold On To Top NEB, 7-5

Canton jumped out to a 6-2 lead then held on for a 7-5 win over NEB in NTL baseball action.
Michael Davis (2-for-4) had the big bat for Canton, hitting a double with 4-RBI, while Weston Bellows (1-for-2) had a double with a run scored, and an RBI.
Ben Fitch (1-for-4) had a double with a run scored, as Holden Ward (1-for-3) and Hudson Ward (1-for-4) both scored twice.
Jason Mahosky (1-for-1) and Brenen Taylor (1-for-3) also had hits, while Cohen Landis scored a run.
Bellows got the start, and the win, going four innings to strikeout five with two walks, three hits, and three earned runs.
Hudson Ward pitched an inning, striking out three with one walk. Davis pitched an inning, with two strikeouts, one walk, and one unearned run.
Zack Colton went two-thirds of an inning, striking out one with one hit, two walks, and one earned run.
Holden Ward then got the save, striking out the final batter.
