MIDDLEBURG - Midd-West rallied to take the lead in the early in the second half, but Ella McGlaughlin and Alyssa Latsha each scored two goals as Selinsgrove scored five of the final six goals of the game to rally to a 10-8 win over the Mustangs.
Samantha Landis and Abigial Benner scored to give the Mustangs a 7-5 lead with 21:10 left in the game. Latsha scored with 19:31 to go, and McGlaughlin scored with 14:36 left to tie the game. McGlaughlin got the go-ahead goal with 8:47 left, before Latsha added an insurance goal just 37 seconds later.
Benner scored with 7:48 left in the game to cut the lead to one at 9-8, before Natalie Howell's goal in the final minute sealed the victory for Selinsgrove.
Lilyana Stocko had 18 saves for Selinsgrove.
