SELINSGROVE — Lily Fatool hit a trio of second-quarter 3-pointers on her way to a game-high 13 points, and Shikellamy strengthened its hold on the top spot in the Districts 4/6 Class 5A power rankings with a 37-18 win over Selinsgrove on Friday.
Fatool, a freshman, helped the Braves break a 6-all tie after one period and surge to a nine-point halftime lead. Paige Fausey added 11 points in the win, which also kept Shikellamy (7-9 overall, 5-2 Heartland-I) a half-game behind Jersey Shore in the HAC-I race.
Selinsgrove (4-12, 1-6), which is second in the district power rankings, got six points from Alyssa Latsha and four from Hanna Presgraves.
