Canton defeated South Williamsport 3-1 to get their first win of the season.
They won the first set 25-20, lost the second 25-21, then won the next two 25-11 and 25-16.
Tara Gilbert had 19 points, eight kills, three aces, one assist, and 13 digs, as Addi Pepper notched 15 points, three kills, two aces, 16 assists, and six digs.
Chelsea Lehman had four points, 15 kills, one ace, seven digs, and a block, with Vayda Bryan getting eight points, two kills, 16 assists, and seven digs.
Kendall Kitchen had seven points, two kills, and 24 digs, with Makenna Seachrist getting 17 points, eight kills, two aces, and three digs.
Kaylynn Pidcoe had three points and two digs, as Cailyn VanNoy put down three kills.
Canton won the JV match 25-9 and 25-5.
Nevaeh Vroman had 19 points, 16 aces, one assist, and one kill with Dana Wesneski getting four points, four aces, and two assists.
Abbey Marbaker had 10 points, nine aces, and two digs with Gabby Thursby getting three points and an ace.
VanNoy had three kills, Riley Gowin had a kill, and Alley Marbaker notched a dig.
