Selinsgrove sweeps home meet

SELINSGROVE — Derick Blair won the race in 17:13 as Selinsgrove grabbed the top four positions in beating Mifflinburg and Central Columbia at the East Snyder Park Course.
Selinsgrove beat the Wildcats, 16-46, and Central Columbia, 15-48.
Central Columbia beat Mifflinburg, 23-36.
Gabe Schaeffer (17:56), Michael Andretta (18:33) and Zach Wentz (18:57) rounded out the top four for the Seals. Josh Reimer of Mifflinburg finished in 20:40 as the top Wildcats runner.
Shaela Kruskie of Selinsgrove won the girls race in 19:14, more than three minutes faster than the next racer. Central Columbia beat Mifflinburg, 17-44 in only scored girls race.
Laura Darrup finished sixth for Mifflinburg in 24:03.
