DANVILLE - Lexi Freed had two goals and an assist to lead Selinsgrove to a 6-0 win over Danville in Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I action to keep pace with Lewisburg at the top of the division.
The Seals moved to 9-5 overall (5-1 HAC-I), inching ahead of Lewisburg (4-1 HAC-I) in the win column.
Alli Beddall, Lexi Savidge, Taylor Fry and Carly Aument also scored for the Seals. Sydney Schmouder had two assists, while Savidge, Kylee Hessek and Alli Bucher each had single assists for Selinsgrove.
The Seals triumvirate of goalies - Katie Varner, Bella Auman and Emily Gelnett - had to make one saves in the victory, credited to Varner.
