Seals beat rival in track opener

SUNBURY — Carly Aument won three individual events on the track, and the Seals swept the relays to beat their rival in the HAC-I opener for both teams.
Abby Parise also won three events for Selinsgrove. Aument grabbed the 100, the 200 and the 400 for the Seals.
Parise won both hurdles races and the long jump.
