SELINSGROVE — Nick Ritter and Colin Findlay combined for all seven goals, six in the first half, while Jonah Erb made 12 saves in a shutout as the Seals beat Hazleton, 7-0, in a nonleague boys soccer game.

Ritter's fourth goal of the game - on a penalty kick with two minutes left in the first half - gave him 73 career goals, breaking Kolton Elsayed's record of 72 set in 2015 through 2018. Ritter has scored 22 goals in 13 games this season for Selinsgrove. Elsayed set the school season record with 36 goals in 2018.

Ritter scored four first-half goals — two assisted by Findlay — and Findlay added a pair, including one in the final minute of the half for a 6-0 lead.

Selinsgrove doubled its 3-0 lead with three goals in the final 5 minutes of the half.
