NORTHAMPTON — Southern Lehigh used a big third quarter to knock off Selinsgrove, 37-30, in a District 4/11 Class 5A girls basketball play-in game at Catasaqua High School on Saturday afternoon.
A six-point advantage in the second quarter sent the Spartans (11-12) into the semifinals against top-seed Bangor.
Avery DeFazio had 12 points to lead Selinsgrove, which finishes the season at 10-13.
