KINTERSVILLE - Villa Joseph Marie scored in the second overtime to end Selinsgrove's season, 1-0, in the PIAA Class 3A soccer semifinals at Palisades High School on Tuesday afternoon.
Senior Alivia Ravy had 11 saves, but couldn't get enough of Katherine Sullivan's goal in the second overtime.
The Seals had their chances against the Jems as well, getting eight shots, but couldn't put any of them away.
Selinsgrove finishes the season at 13-6-3.
It was Selinsgrove's first appearance in the state semifinals since a loss to Villa Joseph Marie in 2000.
