Selinsgrove field hockey wins its own Turf Fest

SELINSGROVE - The Seals beat Line Mountain and Crestwood at Harold L. Bolig Memorial Field on Saturday to claim their own Turf-Fest Tournament.
Jess Alba scored twice in the win over Line Mountain, while Emily Swineford and Katie Bucher each had two assists. Rita Aucker and Anna Gephart also scored.
In the second game, freshman Sydney Schmouder had a goal and an assist against Crestwood. Gephart had a goal and Swineford had an assist in the game for the Seals (6-0).
