Lady Hornets suffer 1-0 loss to Wyalusing

The Wellsboro Girls Soccer team suffered a 1-0 loss to Wyalusing on the road on Tuesday, September 10.
In a defensive battle the Lady Rams score late in the 2nd period to secure the shutout. Wyalusing outshot Wellsboro 10-7 on the afternoon with sophomore Lilly Abadi making 8 saves.
Wellsboro had a slight 4-2 edge in corner kicks.
The loss drops the Lady Hornets to 2-1-1 (2-1-1 NTL) before they take on Athens on Thursday, September 12.
