The Athens Lady Wildcats suffered their first loss in girls soccer to Baldwinsville on Sunday, September 17.
Baldwinsville scored all six of their goals in the first half while limiting the Lady Wildcats to just 8 shots on the day. Baldwinsville took 21 and 8 corners.
Kara Chapman made 15 saves on the day.
Although the final score was disappointing we played well in a lot of moments against a team who is two classes higher than us and state ranked," Athens' coach Richard Pitts said.
Athens falls to 3-1 (3-0 NTL)
