The Wellsboro Varsity Volleyball team swept Williamson for their sixth straight win on Tuesday, October 3.
The Lady Hornets cruised in all 3 sets winning 25-13, 25-14, and 25-12.
Senior Brianne Keane led the team with 28 assists and 14 points (5 aces), sophomore Caitlyn Callahan had 9 kills and 1 block, sophmore Megan Starkweather had 10 points and 3 aces, sophomore Ryann Adams had 18 digs, and junior Heidi Zuchowski had 7 kills.
Senior Cheyenne Sherman scored 11 points, had 3 aces, made 9 kills, blocked 2 shots, and had 13 digs.
Wellsboro's JV team also swept Williamson on the night, picking up 25-18 and 25-20 wins to improve to 13-1.
The win improves the Varsity team's record to 12-2 (8-2 NTL Large School Division). The team will be back in action on Thursday, October 5 against Towanda.
