CV, Wellsboro eliminated from District tennis playoffs

Four teams advanced to the semi-finals of the District IV Class AA girls tennis playoffs on Tuesday, October 10.
Loyalsock, Hughesville, Jersey Shore, and Montgomery are all alive after picking up wins.
Cowanesque Valley won their play-in match with Bucktail 3-1 to face top-seeded Loyalsock. Jersey Shore beat Wellsboro 3-0, Hughesville beat Montoursville 3-1, Montgomery beat Milton 3-0, and Loyalsock topped CV 3-0.
Loyalsock will take on Hughesville at Muncy High School on Tuesday, October 17 at 1:00 p.m. while Jersey Shore and Montgomery will square off at Hughesville on the same date and time.
