Five members of the Wellsboro Swim team were recently named to the Towanda Daily Review's All-Region team.

In addition to being named All-Region Swimmer of the Year, Cotner is also a first team selection in the 50 Freestye, 100 Freestyle, and 200 Freestyle.
Joining Cotner on the boys team is junior Connor Brought and freshman Brennan Warner. Brought was a second team selection in 100 Breaststroke and 200 IM. Brought also finished 8th at the District IV Championships in the event, and 7th in the 200 IM.
Warner was a third team selection in the 50 Freestyle and was the boys Newcomer of the Year. Warner capped off a great freshman year with many second place finishes and qualified for Districts in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Breaststroke.
On the girls team, senior Olivia Kurtz was a second team selection in the 50 Freestyle, 100 Freestyle, and 200 Freestyle. Kurtz qualified for Districts in both the 50 Freestyle and 100 Freestyle, and took home two top-four finishes.
