The Wellsboro Track team completed their final regular season meet against North Penn-Mansfield and Northern Tioga on Monday, May 9 at Island Park in Blossburg.
The Lady Hornets scored 72 points to beat Northern Tioga (64.5) and North Penn-Mansfield (49.5) to improve to 8-2 on the year, while the boys team finished in 3rd place (40) behind Northern Tioga (87) and North Penn-Mansfield (62) to end their season 0-10.
For the girls, senior Joey Taft (8' 8") was 2nd in the pole vault with sophomore Kaitlyne Kramer (8' 8") in 3rd, freshman Dahlia Hosey (13.94) won the 100m, senior Haley Zuchowski (17.84) won the 100m hurdles, junior Hannah Lawton (78') was 2nd in the discus, senior Camryn Keane (2:49.34) and freshman Elizabeth Macias (2:58.14) were 2nd and 3rd in the 800m, and senior Mikayla Feil (4' 8") won the high jump with Dahlia Hosey (4' 6") in 2nd.
The Lady Hornets' 4x400m relay team (4:49.04) and the 4x800m team (11:52.64) both finished 2nd, the 4x100m relay team (1:19.24) was 3rd, Lawton (26' 10.5") was 2nd in the shot put, senior Lindsey Graver (58.24) won the 300m hurdles, Macias (6:23.74) was 3rd in the 1600m, Graver (31' 11") won the triple jump and the long jump (15' 1"), Feil (96' 11") won the javelin, freshman Zoe Iseri (1:10.94) was 3rd in the 400m and 4th in the 200m (31.94), and sophomore Anna Bleggi (13:23.34) was 2nd in the 3200m.
For the boys, sophomore Devin Webster (9' 9") was 2nd in the pole vault with sophomore Gabe Leach (8' 9") in 3rd and freshman Brett Rudy (8' 9") in 4th, junior Dupree Hosey (12.94) was 8th in the 100m, junior Casey Hoover (83' 7") was 4th in the discus, 5th in the 110m hurdles (20.94), and 9th in the shot put (29'), senior Isaac Leach (2:21.74) was 2nd in the 800m, and Dupree Hosey (5' 6") won the high jump, the triple jump (39' 1"), and the long jump (18' 11").
Wellsboro's 4x400m relay team (4:07.24) was 3rd, the 4x800m team won in 9:35.84, and the 4x100m team was 3rd (1:04.54), freshman Isaac Wagner (49.14) was 5th in the 300m hurdles, freshman Aidan Perry (5:07.44) was 2nd in the 1600m, junior Brody Coolidge (117' 8") was 4th in the javelin, junior Devan Warner (58.34) was 4th in the 400m and 8th in the 200m (26.64), and sophomore Connor Brought (12:09.14) was 3rd in the 3200m.
