The Wellsboro Boys Tennis team picked up a double-header victory over Liberty on Thursday, April 16.

"It was another good team effort over a competitive opponent," said head coach Margery Hoffman. "Gusty winds kept the points interesting. By switching up 3rd with 2nd singles, and 5th with 4th singles, some great match-ups were made. The team really matured over the past week, and I am very pleased with the results."
The wins improve the Hornets' record to 3-5 (2-3 NTL). The team will be back in action on Monday, April 20 as they host Galeton.
