Owlett competes at District Wrestling

Senior Brandon Owlett competed in Districts at Williamsport High School on Friday and Saturday.
The 8th seeded Owlett faced off against Hughesville's Matt Heinrich and won a 7-6 decision. In his second round match, Owlett was pinned in 1:35 against top seeded Billy Barnes of Williamson, the eventual District champion.
In his third match against Blake Panko of Mt. Carmel, won by pin in 1:58. Owlett then advanced to face NTL rival Tristan Decker of Towanda, who eventually lost by a 12-10 decision to end his day.
