Hornet grapplers fall to Williamson

The Wellsboro Varsity Wrestling team started the 2014 season off with a 48-9 loss to Williamson on Tuesday, December 16.
The Hornets only had two wins on the night as Junior Owen Covert and Sophomore Kaleb Smith picked up victories. Covert won by pin and Smith won by decision.
In the Middle School match, the Hornets won 54-18.
With the loss, the Hornets start off 0-1 (0-1 NTL). The team will be back in action on Thursday, December 18 as they travel to Wyalusing.
