JV football falls to Troy

In their first game of the 2013 season, the Wellsboro J.V. football team fell to Troy, 29-6.
The Hornets scored in the third quarter when Sophomore Anthony Cooper connected Sophomore Nick Tremper for a 45 yard touchdown pass.
With the loss, the J.V. team begins the season at 0-1. The team will be back in action on Monday, September 16 as they host Cowanesque Valley.
