Middle School boys bball drops second straight game

For the second straight game, the Wellsboro Middle School boys basketball team suffered a loss. Tuesday night, the team fell to Galeton in a close, hard fought contest, 28-24. Dawson Prough led the team in scoring with 18 points, while Joe Allen had 4 and Tony Cooper added 2.

In the B-Team game, the Hornets were able to hold on to a 24-20 victory against Galeton. Jake Singer led the team with 14 points and Owen Covert had 4. The team will be back in action on Friday, March 2, as they travel to North Penn.
