The Wellsboro Lady Hornets continued their skid against the NTL East as they fell to Wyalusing, 66-36. The Lady Hornets were 6-3 before starting crossover play, but have dropped 5 or their last 6 games and now have a record of 7-8 (5-1 NTL West). Junior Kimberly Acorn led the team in scoring with 12 points and Junior Hannah Zuchowski grabbed 4 rebounds.
In JV action, the Hornets fell to the Lady Rams 40-20. Freshman Paige Carr was the leading scorer with 9 points. The team will be back in action Saturday, February 4, as they host Williamson.
