Hornets take home third at Corey Creek

The Hornet golf team shot 498 to take home third place behind Towanda (456) and Northern Tioga (494) at Corey Creek. Leading the way for the Hornets was Brandon Osgood who shot an 87. In addition to Osgood, Nick Callahan shot 94, Dillan King was at 96, Brett Kendrick was at 110 and Brandon Owlett was at 111, and Josh Pifer shot 112.
Rounding out the score sheet for the event was Athens (529), Sayre (534), Northeast Bradford (543) and Mansfield (569). Wellsboro improves its record to 13-5 on the year.
