Canton Sweeps Wellsboro

The Wellsboro Hornets traveled to Troy to pick up where they left off from Saturday night's postponed game with Canton. After scoring on the opening drive, Wellsboro was only able to muster one more scoring drive on the evening. The fourth quarter was neck and neck between both teams, but Canton was able to pull out the 24-16 victory over the Hornets, dropping Wellsboro's record to 1-1 on the season. In JV action, the Warriors shut out the Hornets 28-0.
